LINDA CALLANDER

Linda is a degree qualified, extremely experienced professional who has spent her career working in Human Resource Management across the Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure and Retail industries. With 20 years working on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane her passion and knowledge in the field has seen her working with and recruiting to some great local businesses. She has a broad industry operation background and a keen eye for detail, with exceptional communication, problem solving, leadership and guest services expertise. Her love of helping people has lead her to the consulting business and her highly developed skills in managing client expectations so that all parties are on the 'same page' has seen her have great success. Linda has run her own successful consultancy business for the past ten years. Her desire to share her knowledge with others and use her skills to help others find work has lead to her ‘Get Job Ready’ training programmes for individuals and 'Company Health Check' service for small businesses.

On a personal note, Linda is a working mum with two school-aged girls. When she's not racing off to junior netball games or swimming lessons, she enjoys cooking, yoga, and travelling with her family. For the past four years Linda has been of the organising committee for the Gold Coast Mother's Day Classic fundraising event.
